Juice antioxidant recipe

Good morning!

ANTIOXIDANT JUICE RECIPE

Since we are continually subjected to the action of free radicals generated by various factors such as; job stress, environmental pollution, lack of sleep, bad habits (snuff, alcohol, etc ..), it seemed appropriate to design an antioxidant juice (juice for my followers Central and South American) to fight those substances that oxidize our body and make us age prematurely every day ..
So here I leave the recipe for antiaging juice !!!!

ANTIOXIDANT JUICE

Ingredients:
-1 cup blueberries
-1 cup of blackberries
Beet -1/2
-1/2 carrot
cucumber -1/2

Preparation:
. You must put all the fruit in the blender, pre-cut and washed and peeled in the case of beet, carrot and cucumber
If you feel like it is a little more liquid can add a little water.
Bates everything until there is a homogeneous liquid and ready!

NOTE: . If you like it sweeter, a few leaves of Stevia (natural sweetener) or honey can be a good option
You can keep in the fridge up to 24 hours, but remember that vitamins are lost ... It is best to consume immediately.
