3 Simple recipes without gluten

3 Simple recipes without gluten

These days we talked about the celiac disease , the gluten intolerance and the problems that this disease is. The intolerance of gluten from gluten requires them to follow strict diets lacking where food is present mainly in vegetable protein wheat. The first impression is that it must be difficult to follow a gluten-free diet as it is found in many staple foods that most of us consume regularly. But with a little knowledge, we found that you can lead a healthy and varied diet, without eating gluten.
Today I give you three recipes without gluten for example.

Quinoa tabouleh

Ingredients:
2 cups quinoa (quinoa)
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 lemons squeezed
1/4 cup chopped mint
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons oil (preferably olive)
1 cucumber, finely diced
2 ripe tomatoes, diced little ones

Preparation:
Step 1: Boil 4 cups of water, when it reaches the boiling add the quinoa and let cook for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 2: Remove from heat, turn it into a bowl and let it cool.
Step 3: Mix all the ingredients with cold and quinoa.

Falafel meatballs

Ingredients:
400g of falafel (chickpeas)
1/2 cup cilantro
2 tablespoons salt
3 ripe tomatoes for sauce
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil.
4 leaves of fresh basil
1 egg
1/2 cup cornmeal

Preparation:
the falafel meatballs can buy ready-made but google and find as many recipes for them.
Step 1: Make a sauce with garlic, onion and tomato. Then just add fresh basil leaves and a tablespoon of salt.
Step 2: Add the meatballs and leave about 5 minutes. No need to cook because the falafel is already cooked. It is simply to absorb the flavor of the sauce.

Tofu Teriyaki

200g tofu into cubes
1 boiled steamed broccoli
1/3 cup cornstarch

Step 2: Skip the previously cooked broccoli in a pan with the garlic.
