Benefits of green juices

The green juice and detox smoothies are trending topic or theme of the moment, so it's time to clear up some doubts that come asking me for a while.
Of course, my version is not more like it, because I do not speak of miraculous fat burning effect . Well, if I speak ... but to refute that statement is categorically false. One thing is to facilitate the digestion of fat, it does, and quite another to burn fat.
